• You, that is the Company, have not been engaged in or have benefited in any way from criminal conduct or activity in any part of the world. You warrant and confirm that the Company is lawfully entitled and eligible under the laws and regulations derived from any authority in the country(ies) of registration and operation of the Company, to provide services in the financial markets. In the event that the Company is found to undertake activities out of the scope of its permitted business activities and operations, it is doing so without the consent or knowledge of PT. Saint Technologies Indonesia, and the Company shall indemnify PT Saint Technologies Indonesia from any and all liability that may be incurred in that respect and hold PT Saint Technologies Indonesia harmless from and against all losses, costs, liabilities, claims, damages and expenses relating to or arising out of the inaccuracy, nonfulfillment or breach of any representation in relation to the business activities of the Company.
• You shall indemnify and hold harmless PT. Saint Technologies Indonesia from and against any claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, whether or not involving any third party claim, which arise out or in connection with the use or misuse of our Services.
• You understand and acknowledge that PT. Saint Technologies Indonesia has no direct or indirect relation, or any other conflict of interest with the Company’s clients or bears any responsibility towards them. Throughout the duration of this Services as well as after its termination, any actions in regard to the Company and/or its clients should be conducted without any involvement and/or liability of PT. Saint Technologies Indonesia. PT. Saint Technologies Indonesia shall not be held liable for any legal actions and/or third party claims arising from the relationship between the Company and its clients relating to the operation of our program / services, or from the use, misuse and/or abuse of any and all services provided on any PT. Saint Technologies Indonesia development , product, servicer by the Company and its clients.
